We get asked this question a lot. You’re in the middle of your life, you feel great and healthy and you’re certainly not planning on dying anytime soon! So what’s the rush to get your will written? We always advise that you get your will in order, regardless of your age of circumstances. Writing a will is doesn’t mean you’re planning FOR you death, it simply means you’re ensuring your family are taken care of IN CASE of your death. The same principle applies to your car insurance; you are not planning on being in a car accident or for your car to be stolen, but you have your insurance in place just in case the worse happens.
We understand that circumstances (and sometimes relationships) change over time, and we are here to help you review and amend your will whenever you see fit.

This means that any advice or guidance we offer is provided completely FREE and our products and services are quoted for and agreed prior to carrying out any work. We also provide a 14-day cooling off period where you can cancel your services at any time without being charged.

Basic or Mirror Wills offer no protection for your assets or beneficiaries; and therefore aren’t suitable for everyone. We will discuss the ways you can add Trusts within your Will or even a Lifetime Trust to offer additional protection.
A funeral plan is a way to stop your loved ones having to make any difficult decisions after your die. A professional funeral plan will also allow you pay for your funeral in advance, (in a lump sum or through monthly instalments) and ensure your wishes are clearly set out. Pre-paid funeral plans will freeze the cost at today’s prices which can help your loved ones to avoid extra expenses at the time of your death.
